This intensive service is designed for clients who are experiencing significant loc breakage, or need multiple locs reattached. It includes deep cleansing, scalp detox (optional add-on) , re-parting, full retwist, and reattachment of existing or provided locs. Perfect for reviving and restoring the health and structure of your locs.
Cancellation Policy
At Knotty Naturals your time and our commitment to providing quality service. To ensure a smooth booking experience, please review our cancellation and refund policy below: Booking & Cancellation - A non-refundable deposit of $25 is required to secure your loc retwist appointment. This deposit goes toward your service total. - We kindly request at least 12 hours’ notice for cancellations or reschedules. Late Arrivals & No-Shows - Clients arriving more than 30 minutes late may have their appointment canceled at the stylist’s discretion, and the deposit will not be refunded. - No-shows or same-day cancellations result in the full deposit being retained. Refunds - Deposits are non-refundable unless the appointment is canceled by the salon. - Refund requests due to dissatisfaction must be made within the service time, and adjustments or credits may be offered at the stylist’s discretion.
