Cancellation Policy

At Knotty Naturals your time and our commitment to providing quality service. To ensure a smooth booking experience, please review our cancellation and refund policy below: Booking & Cancellation - A non-refundable deposit of $25 is required to secure your loc retwist appointment. This deposit goes toward your service total. - We kindly request at least 12 hours’ notice for cancellations or reschedules. Late Arrivals & No-Shows - Clients arriving more than 30 minutes late may have their appointment canceled at the stylist’s discretion, and the deposit will not be refunded. - No-shows or same-day cancellations result in the full deposit being retained. Refunds - Deposits are non-refundable unless the appointment is canceled by the salon. - Refund requests due to dissatisfaction must be made within the service time, and adjustments or credits may be offered at the stylist’s discretion. By booking a loc retwist with Knotty Naturals, you acknowledge and agree to these terms.
